Simplify BBQ
I initially invented BBQitALL in order to solve a problem of lack of space in my kitchen.
We have a 850 square foot house in the middle of Silicon Valley USA and struggle every Thanksgiving to have enough room in the kitchen to get all the cooking done. My solution was to cook the Turkey outside in my Weber charcoal kettle. Nothing new there.
The problem was that it was difficult and time consuming to add charcoal necessary to finish off a turkey. I always thought, wouldn’t it be great if I could cook this way without all the hassle of adding charcoal?
BBQitALL burns the charcoal around the food like a fuse, enabling long cooking without having to add additional charcoal. Unlike the snake method, charoal is tumbled into the ring area rather than stacked, allowing more air flow to burn hotter and cleaner, with less smoke residue.
I created dozens of prototypes and tests and settled on the design to the left. I patented it and created a successful Kickstarter campaign to get reimbursed for the initial production.
I have received two utility patents on this product.
It’s made from 100% US sourced stainless steel and is designed to outlive the kettle that it goes into due to it’s lifetime rust-free construction. it fits all sizes of the common Weber kettle by removing or adding sections.
the firewalls allow multiple paths to be lit simultainiously without burning in both directions. Multiple paths allow different temperatures to be achieved from low and slow for large pieces of meat, to hot and fast for smaller poultry, breads or cakes. Yes. even cakes!

I designed BBQitALL to ship flat for low cost, lower carbon footprint shipping. It is normally available on Amazon under the name BBQitALL but I’m taking a break due to being so busy at work. Otherwise, it’s a good seller with a 4.5 star rating.
